2022 Finals draw to take place on Friday 8 July

The draw for the 2022 Billie Jean King Cup by BNP Paribas Finals in Glasgow will take place on Friday 8 July. 

The draw will be shown on BBC Morning Live between 09:00 and 10:15 BST, with Billie Jean King herself in the TV studio to make the draw.  

The 12 nations competing in the Finals have been placed in three pots. Switzerland, as 2021 runners-up, are seeded No. 1, with the other three seeds based on the latest Billie Jean King Cup Nations Ranking. The remaining eight nations have been placed in the other two pots according to their current ranking.

The Finals will take place at the Emirates Arena on 8-13 November 2022. The competing nations will be drawn into four groups of three teams, with group winners progressing to the semi-finals.
