This is the women’s world cup of tennis, the largest annual international team tennis competition in women’s sport anywhere in the world. The world’s greatest players will meet in Seville to do battle over six days for the chance to become world champions.

What will the venue look like?
Inside the impressive Estadio de la Cartuja, the finals will play out on specially-laid hard courts covered by a series of tents. Centre Court will be in action on all six days of the finals - with morning and afternoon sessions from Tuesday-Saturday - while Court One will only be used on Thursday 9 and Friday 10 November.

What are the Billie Jean King Cup Finals about?
The Billie Jean King Cup Finals will bring together the best tennis players in the world at Estadio de la Cartuja to represent their country as they battle over six days to become World Champions. The 12 participating nations are: Spain, France, Italy, Canada, Germany, USA, Australia, Switzerland, Poland, Slovenia, Czechia, and Kazakhstan.
What are the box office opening hours?
The box office will be open from Tuesday 7th to Saturday 11th from 09:00 to 20:00. The schedule for Sunday, November 12th will be from 12:00 to 17:00.
Where can I collect my tickets?
All tickets are electronic and will be sent to the email address given when buying online.
Can I show my e-ticket on my mobile phone and not print it?
Yes, we recommend that you do not print your e-ticket and that you show it from your mobile, either in PDF format or from your passbook/wallet. Photos and screenshots will not be accepted.
Which players will play each match?
It is not possible to predict or confirm who will play and when. The order of play is published on the day of the matches and captains have the right to make any changes they deem appropriate.
How long does a match last?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to predict the length of a tennis match.
If I leave the venue, can I re-enter?
You can leave the venue and re-enter as long as you validate your ticket at the exit. Otherwise, your ticket will be invalid for access.
The tournament schedule has changed, can I return the ticket?
The ticket is purchased for the day and not for a specific match or player. The programme is subject to change and no refund or reimbursement is possible.
If I have purchased tickets and I am unable to attend, can I request a refund of the ticket and/or exchange it to attend another day?
Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.
Are there special prices for children?
Children between the ages of 0 and 5 do not need to pay a ticket to access the venue, but they will not have a seat and will need to sit on the lap of their parents or legal guardian.
Children between the ages of 6 and 12 will have a special child price.
Starting at 13 years old, everyone will need to pay the adult ticket.
Does the price of my ticket include VAT?
Yes, the ticket price includes VAT.
Are there any extra charges for tickets?
The prices of all tickets, regardless of their amount, will increase by 1€ for service and administration fees.
Can I resell my ticket?
Ticket resale is forbidden.
Are tickets sold per match or per day?
Tickets are sold per day and per court.
If I have a ticket for the Centre Court, can I access Court 1 with the same ticket?
Yes, spectators with a Centre Court ticket will have access to Court 1 and will have a reserved area on Court 1 (not numbered). Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
If I have a ticket for Court 1, can I use the same ticket to access Centre Court?
No, the ticket for Court 1 only gives access to that court.
Can I request an invoice for the purchase of my tickets?

If I am a wheelchair user, what type of seat should I buy?
In compliance with current regulations, a reserved area has been set aside for wheelchair users. Tickets for this area are sold with the "Reduced Mobility" designation and are properly signposted in the venue, as well as with access free of architectural barriers. In addition, at the entrance, there will be staff members who will indicate and accompany you to the designated area in order to facilitate their access. One accompanying person is allowed per person with reduced mobility, who must purchase a reduced mobility ticket. The accompanying person will be placed in a chair next to the person they are accompanying.
Can I enter with food and drink?
In the case of food, packaged food that does not require the use of cutlery may be brought into the venue. Glass containers are not allowed. Drinks must always be in plastic containers without caps and with a capacity of no more than 50cl. (small bottles).
Can I enter with a backpack?
Only backpacks or small bags, up to a maximum capacity of 25L, are allowed to enter the venue.
Can I enter with my motorbike helmet?
No. They must be left in the lockers/cloakrooms provided at the venue.
Can I enter with an umbrella?
No. They must be left in the lockers/cloakrooms provided at the venue.
What time do the doors open?
Door opening times will be adjusted to security requirements. As a general rule, 1 hour before the matches are scheduled to take place.
Can I enter the venue with my pet?
Only accredited guide dogs are allowed to enter the venue.
